READING AND WRITING DEFINED

Reading is about interacting with a text. Simply accepting everything you read is not enough. One must disagree with a text regularly. In addition one needs to critically think about the text, look up unfamiliar words and question the authenticity of the text.

Writing is an expression of opinion. Not all opinions have to be original. One can critique other opinions in an academic (or casual) and generous way. Additionally writing is never final. Written opinions can always be revised, edited or even changed completely. There is no correct way to write.
